Beijing Hilton Hotel is a 5-star international hotel located on Dongsanhuan Road in the Yansha business district, with the new embassies of the U.S. and Korea in close proximity. The extension of hotel completed in early 2008 has increased the number of guest rooms from 377 to 507.

Despite keen competition Cytech fully satisfied the criteria detailed in the careful assessment and selection process followed by Beijing Hilton Hotel. Cytech won the contract to provide network operations services. An investment of about US$1 million was made to upgrade and enhance the overall network system for 507 rooms of the hotel. This included the laying of an integrated network of high-end Cisco equipment plus all-round operational level wireless network coverage (partly supported by WOC technology). Included in the package were three-year network operations, customer and technical support service.

Network access meeting 5-star international hotels’ standards has been available since July 2008. In fulfilling hotels' stringent requirements of network system and services, the company has gained valuable and practical experience for further advancement.
